(We live in a greedy little world–
that teaches every little boy and girl
To earn as much as they can possibly–
then turn around and
Spend it foolishly

Once the girl tried her color;
the best found in the nook and cranny
It was a color of every aspire wealthy
Like the half-baked she; the penny spent in petty
For a mere ephemeral beauty and sparkling jewelry

At least to the girl another fresh
To her defined blessed,
To the experienced pilgrims balderdash
Not until she espied unburied flesh
The cheery dance upon million dies

It was a big waste loud Ka-Ching.

(All we ever want is more
A lot more than we had before

And our religion is to go and blow it all)
